February 11 - The English Acoustic Collective

A sparkling new trio made up of players well known on the traditional scene featuring Rob Harbron and Chris Wood. This will be one of their first dates together. Rob has been described as the foremost concertina player of his generation and is also a skilled guitarist, composer and producer. Chris appears later in the year with Andy Cutting and is a remarkable composer and musician (violin, guitar and voice) They are joined by fiddle player John Dipper £7/£6


February 18 - Dougie MacLean

A rare visit from this talented Scottish songwriter, singer and guitarist who goes straight to the heart of all who hear him. It’ll be one of our biggest nights of the year. The bar will close during Dougie’s sets £12/£10


February 25 - The Bakelite Boys present POP GOES THE CENTURY

A musical counterpart to the Reduced Shakespeare Company!. 100 songs from 100 years in 100 minutes! From Dolly Gray to the Dome, from Empire to E-Mail, from Victoria to Viagra, from the Boer War to Bosnia, The Bakelite Boys delve into the world of popular song to reconstruct the

soundtrack to the 20th Century. Featuring Dave Sealey from Cosmotheka, Andrew Frank and George Hinchcliffe. £6/£5


March 4 - Rag Mama Rag

Ashley (ex Bose Brothers) and Debbie are one of Europe’s finest Country Blues acts, with a repertoire of 20’s and 30’s blues and outstanding guitar picking (lap steel and bottleneck guitar) and blues harmonica. Enjoying huge success, the duo has made several appearances on Paul Jones’ blues programmes and has a huge fan following. £6/£5 + SUPPORT: singer/songwriter Paul Riley.


March 11 - Tommy Emmanuel

Without doubt one of the greatest guitar players on the planet! A household name in his native Australia with platinum and gold albums to his credit. Acoustic Guitar Magazine said "Tommy’s recordings and songs are imbued with a vitality and beauty rarely heard. He is unquestionably one of the most gifted artists of our time" £8/£7
