Check out www.kelliewhile.com

Kellie is one of the most exciting & original songwriters in Britain. She started gigging at the age of 13, a 14 she became the lead singer with Sefton Youth Jazz Big Band. Already an accomplished singer Kellie soon began to write her own songs & develop her guitar playing. At 19 she was asked to join The Albion Band & toured extensively with them for 6 years. In January 2000 she became the singer of afro-folk fusion band e2K releasing their first album shift in 2001. Kellie is a remarkably natural singer & her voice has a universal appeal. She can sing anything from ballads to blues with equal conviction & at just 25 is an accomplished & experienced performer & entertainer.

Saturday October 11: KREG VIESSELMAN

Kreg Viesselman's wanderlust has taken him from the small Midwestern town in which he was born & placed hi beside some of the most bizarre & intriguing characters in every corner of America. Heart wrenching, warm, poignant yet laced with acrid wit, the road-worn voice of Kreg Viesselman, accompanied by his country-blues steeped guitar, echo the long-gone tradition of the rambling singer/songwriter. With increasing radio play & festival appearances, Kreg is earning the respect & attention of some of the greatest performers today.

"This guy is gooood....he is writing some great stuff!" - Taj Mahal

Saturday November 8: HOT CLUB OF COWTOWN + Bob Collum

HCOT was formed in 1997 & is based in Austin, Texas. They are a trio: violin, guitar & upright bass. IN describing their music it is best to avoid the terms "rockabilly", "bluegrass", "retro", "covers" or anything having to do with a hokey western vibe or cliched jazz vibe. They might be considered new traditionalists & prefer to emphasise a current & more modern, almost punk like, energy to their playing. "As much as anything, we're like a 30's Southwestern dance band, a traditional western swing band with a lot of Jazz in it"
